How to set up Monroney Labels
The Monroney Label is the federally required window sticker for every new vehicle, listing the MSRP, factory-installed options, fuel economy ratings, and VIN.
As an AccuTrade client, you can integrate your Monroney Labels account to pull this data automatically during a used car appraisal. This ensures your valuations reflect the actual OEM equipment on the vehicle — eliminating guesswork and increasing accuracy.
Integrating Monroney Labels:
- Improves appraisal precision by including factory options
- Enhances transparency for your customers
- Supports cleaner, more accurate online listings
In this article, you’ll learn how to connect your Monroney Labels account with AccuTrade and how to access that data during appraisals.

4 Use window sticker data in Appraisals
Once integrated, you’ll be able to access the Monroney Label data during any VIN-based appraisal:
- After scanning a VIN in the Appraisals section, look for the “WS” (Window Sticker) icon in the vehicle view.
- If connected, the icon will appear active (colored) instead of grayed out.
- Click it to display original OEM data, including MSRP, packages, and factory options.
This data supports accurate valuations, better customer conversations, and more reliable merchandising.
